Bespoke Digital Free mockup

The studio

One person. Which is the point.

Bespoke Digital is me — Bassel Azzam, in Waterloo Region. You talk to the person who builds the thing. Nothing gets lost between a salesperson, an account manager and whoever actually opens the editor.

Why it's built this way

I got tired of local businesses renting their own website.

The usual arrangement is that a business pays an agency to assemble a template on somebody else's platform, then pays every month for the privilege of not being able to change it. Ask for a new phone number on the header and it's a ticket and an invoice.

So I built the other end of it myself: the content system, the client editor, the analytics, the hosting setup. Not because writing your own tools is clever, but because owning them is the only way to hand a client real control and still charge a sane monthly.

It also means when you ask for something unusual, the answer is generally yes. There's no platform between your idea and the page.

I'm early. I'd rather say that than pretend otherwise — and it's exactly why the mockup comes first and free, and why the demos on this site are labelled as demonstration builds rather than dressed up as a client list.

How I work

01

You own everything

Your domain is registered to you, your content is yours, and you get the login. Leaving is always possible. I'd rather earn the month than lock the door.

02

The price is the price

Setup quoted up front, flat monthly after. Small changes are in the monthly. I don't bill by the hour for a typo.

03

Proof before payment

You see a real mockup of your own site before you commit to anything. If it's not right, we stop there and it's cost you a phone call.

04

Straight answers

If a new site won't fix your problem, I'll say so. Half of what most local businesses need is a tidy Google listing and a page that loads.

05

Nothing sold on the side

No trackers, no ad pixels by default, no visitor data sold to anyone. Your customers' browsing is not a product.

Where

Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph — and anywhere that'll take a video call.

Being local matters for the first meeting and for knowing the market. After that, the work happens the same way wherever you are.

Who it's for

Trades, studios, clinics, shops — businesses where one good enquiry pays for the month.

If you're a national brand with a marketing department, I'm not your studio. If you're the person who answers the phone, I probably am.

Say hello

Start with a conversation.

Tell me about the business and what's not working. If a site is the answer, I'll show you one.
